GUARANTEE
All products RAZ supplies come with a 30 day return to base warranty. The RAZ warranty covers defective parts and not consumables such as tyres, batteries, brakes etc. RAZ does expect its customers to carry out small minor warranty work themselves, RAZ will supply the new parts needed following receipt of the damaged part but the customer must fit the new parts. The old defective part must be returned to us for inspection. With major warranty work, we do not cover shipping costs, all scooter warranties require that the scooter be returned with the defective part at the customers expense. The customer is then liable for return shipping back to themselves. RAZ warrant to the customer that the product sold to the customer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. When used for its intended purpose, for a period of thirty 30 days from the date of the sale to the customer, RAZ will, at its option, repair or replace at it's facility, any product, or part thereof, that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

PRICES
All orders are executed subject to prices ruling at the date the order is placed (prices as shown on this website). The consumer will be informed of the total price of the order before accepting the order. If there are any price changes before delivery then the consumer will have the option to cancel their order and get their money back. All prices are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and no price list of the Company, whether published or not, shall affect the right of the Company to charge for the goods in accordance with this clause. The free delivery offer applies to addresses within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, there will be extra charges if delivery is required elsewhere.

Any clerical error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list (including the Internet), acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the company.

Returns Policy

All goods are sold under our guarantee that they operate to the stated level in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. If within the warranty period following delivery the goods are found to be faulty you, may return the goods to our warehouse (at your expense) and receive either repairs to the equipment or replacement goods (return to you will be at our expense).

Customers are entitled to cancel an order and recieve a refund for any reason, within 7 working days of receiving goods. The cost of returning the goods to Raz is the customers responsibility. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

TITLE TO GOODS:
The Company and the buyer agree that until the Company has received fully cleared payment for the goods.

(a) Property of the goods shall remain with the Company and the buyer shall hold the goods without using them and be fully accountable to the Company in respect thereof, until such time as payment in full has been received by the Company for all goods supplied.

(b) Not applicable to consumers. As bailor of the goods, the Company, by its employees or agents, shall (without prejudice to the buyers continuing fiduciary obligations) be entitled to enter upon or into any land, buildings or vehicles where the goods, delivered to the buyer under this contract together with any interest or any other sum payable in respect of the goods under this contract, or part of them, are situated or are reasonably thought to be situated, to retake possession of the same.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT AND SHORTAGES:
Any damage to goods in transit should be notified to the carriers on receipt and within 24 hours the Company should be notified. Notification to the company must be by a recognised service such as email, letter and fax. If the buyer is a consumer then a reasonable time will be allowed to inspect the goods to ensure the order complies with The Sale of Goods Act 1979.

ASSEMBLY:
Most items require home assembly. Prior to riding please ensure that all nuts and bolts are tightened as they may have become loose in transit. A competent adult should carry this out. All mechanical items may need slight adjustment from time to time. These are not covered under the product warranty, but you are welcome to contact us for advice on such matters.

USING RAZ SCOOTERS:
RAZ Scooters are powerful machines and are capable of high speeds. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they are used on a flat, well-lit surface and the use of protective clothing (head gear, elbow and knee pads) is strongly recommended. RAZ cannot be held responsible for injuries caused whilst using these products.

RAZ Scooters are guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship, but the guarantee does NOT extend to damage caused by misuse, such as climbing kerbs, jumping off ramps, or collisions with any object. Delivery charges and repairs to scooters damaged by such misuse must be paid for by the purchaser.

Technical specifications are liable to change without notice and may differ from those stated here.

Although each of our products is manufactured to exacting standards and carries the "CE" quality badge, like all motor vehicles, compliance with the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations is required to enable operation on a public road (including the footpath).

RAZ has not applied for such certification. If such certification were to be obtained, any mechanically propelled vehicle used on a public road must then be licensed and registered.

OTHER:
RAZ shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused to the customer; by the use of any of the goods we sell from this or any other website we run. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct item(s) has been purchased and is used in the way intended. This covers all goods sold from this or any other website we run.

The Companies liability will be limited to the value of the goods only and not for any consequential damages, injuries or losses howsoever caused.

Some of the products on this site do not conform to UK road vehicle safety standards and are not intended for operation on public streets, roads or pathways. You could be prosecuted if you use these products illegally; we strongly recommend that you check with your local authority for current legislation before purchase/use.
